Avila One Flight test

The stack

Five layers, each one ours.

Perception and path planning run on board, so missions continue without a ground link.

Not an integration project.
One system.

Every board, winding and line of firmware is designed to work with the rest.

One system

How it works

Redundant by design

Four ideas that keep an Avila aircraft in the air.

  • Sensing

    Three IMUs vote.

Every reading is cross-checked. A single faulty sensor never reaches the motors.

  • Thrust

    Matched pairs.

Motor windings and blade pitch are tuned together for more lift per watt.

  • Power

    Batteries that report.

Cell-level health streams to the flight controller before every take-off.

  • Recovery

    Fails safe.

If a rotor stops, the other seven rebalance and bring the aircraft home.
